I'm 28 years old am currently in graduate school. I have a single bedroom available now in my 4 bedroom townhouse in Hayward, CA starting now. The house is located a 4-minute drive and a 10-minute walk to the North Hayward Bart station. Likewise, there are local grocery stores and eateries 5-10 minutes away. The house comes with standard appliances and in-unit washer and dryer. Also, there is ample parking in the neighborhood. Rent is $1,000 which is inclusive of all utilities.
