Room for rent in small house in nice neighborhood off the 78 and Emerald 6 miles from the beach. Private bathroom. Would prefer someone who is health-conscious and doesn't use chemicals in their laundry, cleaning and personal products. No alcoholics or anger issues. Drinking in moderation is fine. Someone who keeps their space clean. Small dog is OK. I don't want someone who goes out and socializes a lot and is around a lot of different people right now with the pandemic.

I really am a nice person but have just learned a lot from previous tenants.
