I'm looking to sublet my room and bathroom within a 3B/3.5BA house.

Dates: July and August (dates flexible, can include end of June/beginning of September).

Rent includes utilities + wifi.

Some details about the place/requirements:
-Looking for a female subletter who can ideally sublet for at least two months.
-Prefer someone who is clean, and sleeps/wakes early.
-No pets allowed.
-Fully furnished.
-Laundry/dryer units included
-Air conditioning and room ceiling fan included.
-about a 15 minute walk to Sawtelle, and a direct bus to UCLA.
-There are two other roommates (my landlady, 35F, and another girl, 17F). My landlady isn't around often and is very easygoing. The other roommate will be gone for most of July.
-There is free street parking available (can get a parking pass).
