I have rooms for rent in my townhouse. Three rooms are available to rent for $1450. There's an additional master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bath that can be rented for $1900.

You have access to the living room, family room, and full kitchen. It feels very spacious and bright due to the high vaulted ceilings.

It's situated in a quiet tree-lined community between Bel Air and Beverly Hills. The home is a 10 minute drive to UCLA, a 15 minute drive to Sherman Oaks, and a 7 minute walk to a small shopping center. There's ample parking here.

Appliances includes AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave. You will have access to the entire house, except for one room that I will be using occassionally (I will be commuting in from another city).
