Both rooms are 12x13 ft plus closet 4.6x4.6 ft. Lots of light, large shared bathroom, quiet walkable neighborhood. We are a professional couple who split our time between Los Angeles and New York so we would be here only a portion of the year. We are private, quiet and very clean and are looking for similar roommates. We have 2 rooms for rent and will consider couples or friends. One room can come with a bed and dresser if needed. The apartment is very big with a large kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, living room with fireplace, nice outdoor space with table and seating. The unit is on two levels. Minimum 6 months.
