Guest suite has fully furnished bedroom and large bathroom with full bathtub. There is a family room/kitchenette area with a writers/computer desk and a small dining table for 4. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is excellent WIFI as well as an ethernet connection for fast and stable internet connection. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, double sink, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven and crock pot. There is also an electric hot plate available that may be used outside only on the outdoor counter top adjacent to the front door of the guest suite. There is an indoor dining area and plenty of outdoor seating in the backyard. There is also a divider wall provided to make the outdoor space more private. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with ample closet space. There is a flatscreen TV equipped with Roku with Netflix/Hulu/Spectrum Cable app w/limited cable channels. There is a portable space heater and portable fan in the unit. The bathroom is just off of the bedroom with towels, basic toiletries & hair dryer provided.
