It's 1,200. Wi-Fi is included. It's across the street from Sac State. It has a lot of stuff nearby. That is a Target behind the apartment. The apartment has a gym included in a nice pool. My roommate is deaf, so she's not really out, and you wouldn't really have to worry about noise. If you're interested, you can come by and have a tour. I'm looking to have somebody take over my leaves because I'm getting deployed and I'm in the military, but for the first month's rent, you wouldn't worry about that because I'm gonna be paying.
