Rent is negotiable, but those who're willing to pay more (so that I can cover the sublease fee) gets a preference:

First, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

1. FEMALE ONLY**** AND, NO PETS
2. 1 BED ONLY in a shared room with 2 beds (the other bed is taken)
3. a college/graduate school student living in or visiting LA
 preferred.
Here are the details:

* Location: 747 Gayley Ave, Los Angeles, CA

* Sublet available: To share a room in this 2-bed 2-bath apartment with a cheerful, female film-scoring major roommate

* Proximity: Walking distance to UCLA campus and Westwood restaurant area

Requirements:

* You must provide us a copy of your driver's license and student ID.
* The building manager needs to approve you for the sublease. The screening fee is $28 for you and $28 for your parent if you are a student (this ensures a safe building).

* The building manager charges us $785 to sublease to anyone. So, $785 of your payment will go to them.

Please note:

* Write the maximum amount you're willing to pay total, excluding utilities.

* You'll need to pay for utilities and Wi-Fi, which will be shared by the four of you.

* During the academic year: This unit is shared by four UCLA female students who keep the place very clean.
