Home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy wood stove, wireless high speed internet, expanded cable on the 2 TVs including the new, Streaming TV in the living room.  There is also a sleeper sofa pullout and a single twin bed in the living room for some overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to 8 adults.

There is also a large deck overlooking forested landscape which has a private hot tub. Washer & dryer in lower bathroom too. Pets are negotiable (see Agent for specifics and restrictions). Plenty of parking for 4-6 vehicles.

• Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent.
• Parking for 4-6 vehicles in the paved, flat driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
AWD/4WD vehicles are strongly advised during the winter months.
• Dogs considered with additional monthly fee. See Agent for restrictions & details.
• Renter's Insurance required for duration of Ski lease term.
• Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of pro-rated seasonal service.


RATES

• Rates below include 2 hours of housekeeping service each month, bi-monthly spa service, spa dump & scrub at lease end, keyless entry technology, internet, water/sewer, trash, parking.

• 7 months $4,050/month (Must start by November 15th)
• 6 months $4,200/month (Must start by December 19th)
• 5 months $4,425/month
• 4 months $4,550/month (Cannot start before January 3rd)
