The room includes a full sized bed with new bedding (comforter, two pillows , etc.), a 43"flat TV and a computer table. Everything inside the room is brand new!
You have full access and use of the kitchen with stoves, refrigerator, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Washing machine and dryer are provided also free of use. Bathroom tissue and paper towels are included too!
Parking is on a detached garage. Pets are not allowed. This room rental is for one-person occupant only Visitors and sleepovers are strictly not allowed.
