Looking for easy going, friendly, clean, responsible, non smoking FEMALE (due to shared areas) tenant that does not work from home.

I have a spacious room, with great light, available immediately in gated community with 24 hour security. Furnished with queen size bed, nightstand, desk, wardrobe and tv... The room has it's own bathroom w/shower. Just as a note that's the only bedroom downstairs so when I have guests over I need them to use it. Rarely have guests though:)

$1,600/month including wifi and utilities. Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus ( I am open to share for a small fee). You will have access to washer/dryer and we have a gym in the garage that you can use. Parking available in driveway. There is also community pool you can have access to.

It is a quiet and friendly family home and I appreciate a peaceful environment, with a responsible, respectful person. Sorry no guests allowed.

MUST BE A DOG LOVER but not have pets of your own.
No couples or children.

5 minutes to Calabasas Commons with movie theater, Barnes and Nobles, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, shops and bunch of restaurants.
