Each two to four bedroom home features carpeting, blinds, a gas range, fenced back yard and attached one car garage. Community amenities include 24-hour maintenance service, free community events for your entire family’s enjoyment, fitness center, community center, tot-lots and a swimming pool. On-base amenities include a Child Development Center (CDC), a youth center, private beaches, camping, 14 parks, two swimming pools and a base gym. Thanks to its great location, the community is close to local seafood restaurants serving up fresh fish and sushi. A short distance away, the city houses a number of theaters and a bowling alley, while the nearby Pacific View Mall offers great shopping and recreation opportunities along the scenic Ventura Boulevard. Outdoor activities abound at Malibu Beach, a 30-minute drive from the community. There are a number of top-rated K-12 schools in the area. There is a two-pet maximum for either cats or dogs.
