1. Must make 3x the monthly rent;
2. Experian Rental Risk Credit Score: (Not the same as FICO) Must have Experian Rental Risk Credit score above 577 OR the EQUIVALENT of a corresponding FICO score above 650. We cannot accept FICO credit scores BELOW 650, NO EXCEPTIONS
3. Must have TWO years Rental History;
4. Must have 2 years' work history in the SAME industry;
5. MUST upload the last most recent THREE months of entire bank statements (PDFs only, no screen shots please);
6. NO EVICTIONS or monies owed to past landlords. It's possible for us to work with you even if you've had a short sale, CLOSED bankruptcy or foreclosure but please do not apply if you've ever had an eviction or monies due past landlords.

1. Must make 5x the Rent;
2. FICO Credit scores above 700;
3. MUST upload the last most recent THREE months of entire bank statements (PDFs only, no screen shots please).
