I'm looking to rent a standard size bedroom to a college student in my large home in the Oakland hills area (10 mins from Mills College, Merritt College, & Holy Names University). The room will be avail 8/08/21. The bathroom is large with double sinks which will be shared with a Mills College student. Plenty of closet space.

The rent is $1150 which includes utilities, wi-fi, & washer and dryer use. The deposit is $500. There is a large backyard and swimming pool for house residents to use!

Myself and my older teen live upstairs.
