About Beautiful, homey, 2 bedroom apartment for summer months
My flatmate and I will be out of town for some of the summer months - ideally May, June, July or June and July - and would be interested in subletting to UCI afilliated friends or couples who need a space. The place would come furnished with comfy furniture, a double bed and desk in each bedroom, all kitchen amenities. Laundry is not in the unit, but just outside of the apartment building (30 second walk). Parking and deposit are negotiable.
