Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease (in a new year long lease) in January as I'm moving to a different country. It's a 500-sq foot spacious studio in Westwood, blocks from UCLA and Westwood Village. It's big for a studio, in a gated apartment building, and near everything in Westwood. I love this apartment and have had a wonderful time here and wouldn't do this unless I had to!

The apartment comes with an A/C unit, large walk in closet (it's big!) and complete kitchen including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven and garbage disposal. Laundry room & elevator on-site. Intercom entry & parking (included in the rent) in gated, covered garage.

It's in middle of the quietest part of Westwood, and it's such a great, safe neighborhood where you can walk everywhere. The on-site building manager is also great, and can sort you out quickly with anything.
