Hello, my three roommates and I are looking to sublet our spots in a 1 bed/1 bath apartment on Veteran Ave from mid-June to August 30th (may be flexible to September 11th depending on when the new tenants want to move in for the school year.)

Rent is $2700/month (or $675/person in a group of four) and includes water, garbage, and one parking spot. The apartment comes fully furnished with a personal washer, dryer, couch, dining set, TV, beds, and kitchen appliances. Pm me for more info and pictures! ?
