I am reletting a single at the Lorenzo starting from next semester (the lease is 1 year). Due to family circumstances, I will not be able to stay in the Lorenzo and therefore am forced to find someone to take over my lease. The unit is a high floor with a good view, and I will be offering the early bird lorenzo rent price that I recieved instead of the current higher prices offered by them now.
