I am looking for a subleaser to take over my current lease at Club California. I am transferring to UCSD.

It is a single, private room that is furnished (I you don't want furniture in room we can take it out). Queen Bed and Desk and Chair. Two huge closets.
Bathroom is outside bedroom and is shared with one roommate.

Overall, it is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Two other male UCLA seniors in the other 2 bedrooms. Both roommates have girlfriends and keep to themselves.

The Unit was just remodeled this past year. Brand new appliances, washer and dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
We have AIR CONDITIONING!!!!

Club California is a great apartment complex--minutes walking distance to campus and tons of grocery stores/restaurants. Pool, Gym and rec room. BBQ also. Super safe and easy to receive packages in mail room!!

Start time is flexible--
Take over leave starting now (June 15) and start paying rent July 1 (july and August rent is $1700 per month).
September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 rent is $1800 per month.
