Welcome to my lovely townhome in Park La Brea! Available Sept 1st 2023 - All utilities included and wifi - I require $1,600 security deposit, this includes a cleaning fee - a minimum stay of 4 months. The deposit is refundable minus the cleaning fee.

The apartment has a private-house feel with its front porch and back patio.
Upstairs, you'll find both bedrooms and the bathroom, while downstairs, there's the cozy living room, kitchen, and my office. The patio, with a charming table and chairs, is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful California weather, and there's a shared grassy courtyard right outside the back door.

The room is furnished with a full-size memory foam bed, nightstands, dresser, and closet. It's a comfortable space with hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. From the window, you'll have a lovely view of a beautiful tree-it almost feels like being in a treehouse!

I'm a warm and friendly person, and I genuinely hope you'll feel right at home here. Respecting my personal belongings and the apartment itself is something that's close to my heart. This place is my little sanctuary, a haven to unwind and escape the daily hustle and bustle.

Although I love meeting new people, I'd appreciate it if any noisy or boisterous gatherings are held elsewhere. Having unfamiliar guests in my home makes me a bit uneasy. So, how about we create a warm and considerate ambiance here, where we can all unwind and have a great time together in a respectful manner?

Additionally, I'm specifically looking for someone who works or studies outside of the house, as I work from home and spend most of my day on the phone or in Zoom meetings. Having a quiet and peaceful environment during the workday is essential for me, and I believe this arrangement would work best for both of us.

I'm pretty laid-back and organized, and I love being social. I love to cook, so having dinner parties and the occasional brunch is my jam! But I totally understand the importance of privacy and alone time, so you can count on having your space respected.

In my free time, you'll find me enjoying various hobbies. I have a green thumb and love gardening, exploring nature through hiking, and spending days at the beach. I'm also an art enthusiast and adore attending art openings. Trying out new eateries and playing backgammon are some of my favorite pastimes. Oh, and I'm passionate about expressing myself through painting and photography.

My travels have taken me to numerous places worldwide, and I find great joy in experiencing and learning about different cultures.

You're in for a treat with the amenities here! The complex offers a gym, pool, and hot tub for everyone to enjoy. Just a heads up, non-residents and non leaseholders will need a guest pass to access these facilities, which costs $95.00 per month, paid to the gym.
