I have rooms for rent in my townhouse. A one bedroom has a shared bath for $1750. Another for rent is the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and private bath for $2200. A third bedroom has a private bath for $1900.

You have access to the living room, family room, and full kitchen. It feels very spacious and bright due to the high vaulted ceilings.

It's situated in a quiet tree-lined community between Bel Air and Beverly Hills. The home is a 10 minute drive to UCLA, a 15 minute drive to Sherman Oaks, and a 7 minute walk to a small shopping center. There's ample parking here.

Appliances includes AC, wifi internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave. You will have access to the entire house, except for one room that I will be using occassionally (I will be commuting in from another city).
