The available rooms are as follows:
-2 available private rooms with shared bathroom. $1400/per month per room
-1 private room with private bathroom. $1600/per month per room

Its a really safe suburb with good parking. The kitchen and living rooms are stocked and furnished and the rooms have beds and desks. There is an in unit W/D and a small yard with a great view overlooking the 10. One of the rooms is currently rented by two friends (male) LMU junior and senior, so looking for the other roomies!
