About Room for Rent Beverly Hills
Hello, I have a room for rent. The apartment is in Beverly Hills, right by the bus station. Bus number 20 goes to UCLA about every 15 min, and it takes about 10 min to get to Hammer museum.
The rent is $1350 + utilities
You don't need any documents to move in but I do ask for 1 month's rent deposit that I give back with 30 days ' notice. You can split the deposit in half if it's easier.
