This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 4 double sized beds, fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen tv with Netflix, Hulu, and HBO, large balcony with ocean views, linens, towels, coffee, bottled water, and toiletries provided at no additional charge.

The apartment itself is located in a secured access building with 24/7 security and 2 assigned garaged parking spaces (additional parking on the street). I am renting this property on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis.

Nightly rate is $155 per night for weekdays and $170 per night for weekends. There is a 5% discount for weekly stays and a 10% discount for monthly stays. There is a refundable security deposit, which will be returned to you when you check out and hand me the keys.
