We have 3 spots available for you and your friends to sublet for the 2025 summer in a spacious, shared 3 person bedroom that is fully furnished, move-in ready, and is a 10 minute walk to both Bruin Plaza and Westwood for $900 a month per person!

Our apartment is located on Gayley Avenue and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an open kitchen that connects directly to our balcony via a sliding glass door. The bedroom in question has a shared bathroom and has enough space for each living there to have a desk and a bed, while also having extra room! The room is fully furnished, meaning beds, desks, and additional furniture are included. This includes a TV!

For those living in the shared room, the rent is $1000 a month ($2500 for the summer) per person, which includes all amenities/utilities listed below. Electricity, Water, and Gas are not included in the rent total and usually come out to around $50 a month. The sublet will run from the weekend of June 14th 2025 to September 1st 2025, which covers the entirety of the summer until the lease is taken over by the new tenets.
