Your bedroom is located UPSTAIRS in the rear. It has a partial OCEAN VIEW and a deluxe, very comfortable KING size bed, mini frig, dresser, large desk, TV, separate vanity mirror desk area, book shelf, large closets, beautiful, seagrass carpet and a solid-core, noise-reducing door with lock and key.

DOWNSTAIRS SHARE fully equipped main kitchen, cozy living room has a comfy sectional couch, tiki dining bar for dinners with friends, giant TV and fireplace, library full of art books and an Apple TV - great for movie night! Step out our sliding door onto our beachfront patio with dining table, private beachfront sand patio with lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a tiki bar with solar tiki torches that light up at night. . . It's just magical.

I am a spiritually-minded female who has lived in this neighborhood for more than 23 years. I rent out furnished bedrooms to peaceful, mature, individuals seeking to enjoy the beach lifestyle. I am in my 50's, easy going, open-minded, people-lover and a very good communicator.

I may enjoy a glass of wine or beer now and then, quiet dinners with friends or small gatherings but this is not a big party house. With the exception to an occasional holiday gathering our "big drinking" days are behind us. We strive for a healthy lifestyle balance between it all and hoping to find a likeminded person.

Come and go as you please. I don't ask questions and never pry but if you want to enjoy a morning coffee, a sunset beach walk or a good laugh I'm always open for a new friend.
