We have a 2-badroom-2-bathroom apartment available for students from early July to early/mid September. You can also get one of the rooms, but you will be prioritized if you bring another student who can get the other room.
The rent is $1500 per person per month.
What we expect:
-You must be a stuent.
-You must pay the rent on time. (Preferably in one lump sum.)
-You must take the room(s) for the whole period (at least two months)
What we offer:
-Fully furnished rooms including kitchen appliances (bowls, glasses, plates, cooking appliances etc.), bedding (pillows, sheets, towels etc.).
-All utilities included in the price
-Very close to UCLA (5-10 minutes walking)
