We usually remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting and Freshly Cleaning the Units. The Flooring is Freshly Cleaned or Shampood, and replaced if necessary.
Pets- We do not take Pet Dogs or Pet Cats, but would consider other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium and a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed.
Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas, Electric. The Owner pays Water, Trash and Gardening. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
We will have applications at the unit during showings. The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. Directions- This unit is located on Lakewood Boulevard just north of the 105 Freeway and south of Imperial Hwy.. The street widening project took away the curbside parking and the property is gated, so you need to coordinate with the Manager to get in. Additionally the center island Street divider prevents coming north and turning into the property. You can only turn in coming south, and it is a quick and narrow driveway.
