Job Description:

Maintain an attractive appearance of the property. Be responsive to the needs of the property owner, property management, and tenants.

A successful applicant will:

Be punctual and committed
Possess a positive attitude
Conduct themselves in a professional manner toward clients, co-workers, and the public
Treat the property as if were their own
Work safely and efficiently
Take pride in their work
Some experience preferred

Duties will include:
Tenant relations
Cleaning, painting, limited gardening
Repair skills helpful, but not required
Police grounds regularly to remove any debris.
Keep laundry rooms and trash area cleaned up.
Complete resident management report accurately and timely.
Other duties as assigned

Background clearance required.

Must live on premises and clear a criminal background check. The available unit is 5030 Valley East #A, Arcata, CA. Current residents would be allowed to stay in the same apartment. The compensation is a credit of $225.00 per month off the rent of $770.00. The OSRM is expected to work 4 hours per week to receive this credit.
