Rent is $1350 per room and includes wifi, professional house cleaning every two weeks, alarm system, gardener, and trash. Water and Electricity/Gas will be split evenly each month. One person can rent both rooms for $2000 per month.

Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and all common areas will be shared. The backyard has a patio with furniture and a fire pit.

A little about me: I am a 32 year old female educator. I have a sweet 100lb lab who loves people and needs to be the only pet in the home. He spends most of the day sleeping and loves to chase a tennis ball in the backyard.
