Need one male student to take over lease at the University Gateway apartments for the academic school year (August 15, 2022- May 31, 2023) ASAP. It is a shared 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment (fully furnished). If you want a 12 month lease, the monthly rent is $1080 for 10 months and $1330 for two months. If you only want a 10 month lease, rent is $1330 for each month. We will pay half the rent on the first month and the assignment fee. You will enter into a lease directly with Gateway. Gateway is right next to USC on Figueroa. This price is less than the current market for Gateway as there are only upper floors left that are more expensive. Thanks!
