This room is available in a La Jolla Southpointe 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home near UCSD.

The room comes furnished with a:

-small fridge-freezer

There is a full bathroom exclusively for the tenant.
There is a communal washer and dryer in the garage, and tenants have access to the kitchen, living space, and backyard.

The room rental can be just 1 month or for a longer.
This room is available April 15th - June 30th 2025 and again from September 1st 2025 through June 30th 2026.

Deposit: $400
Cleaning fee: $150

ABOUT THE AREA
At the entrance of the Southpointe complex, there is a beautiful park called Villa La Jolla Park. There are 3 community pools with jacuzzis in the complex.

NEARBY STORES
A short walk, drive, or bike ride away is La Jolla Village Square and The Shops at La Jolla Village.
Grocery stores include Ralph's, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods.

For shopping, there's a new Nordstrom Rack, Marshall's, and Ross. There are also Starbucks and Philz, plus a Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, BJs, Mendocino Farms, and Urban Plates.

There's a CVS and Sephora, plus a Pilates studio and movie theater. The UTC mall (Westfield) is ten minutes away.

TRANSPORT LINKS
There is quick access to the 5 Freeway (North and South) is three minutes away and the 52 East. There's a trolley station at La Jolla Village Square, city bus stops, and UCSD shuttles nearby.
The house is walking and cycling distance away from the UCSD campus.

ABOUT US & THE HOUSE
We've had many UCSD PhD students and researchers rent rooms from us over the last fifteen years, and it's been a very positive experience. We are looking for non-smokers, graduate and post-graduate students, or faculty/staff.

There are no pets allowed. For everyone to have ample space, we only rent to two tenants total at a time, one tenant per room (the other room is currently rented by a full-time PhD medical student).

No children, families, or full-time work-from-home candidates.
We are two professionals who work full-time and have lived in Southpointe for over twenty years.
