I currently hold a lease until October 1st on a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a great building within close walking distance to FIDM where I'm a Fashion Design student. It's literally 2 blocks from FIDM. It's incredibly convenient.

Personally, I prefer a more quiet living space. Of course I want a friendly relationship with anyone I live with but I am introverted by nature and would prefer a roommate with a similar disposition. I think our apartment should be a retreat from loud and stressful city life.
