Available April 1st is a room for rent in my 4 bedroom 2 3/4 bathroom house. It's a good sized room located on the 2nd floor. The room includes a private bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. The tenant will have access to the kitchen and laundry as well as some space for storage. The house will be shared with myself and my current housemate(were both males). The tenant will need to park their vehicle on the street and will be responsible for 1/3rd of the utility and cable/internet bills. No pets and no smoking including 420.
