I am looking for one male roommate (you would have a roommate) for our 2B/2B apartment in Westwood Los Angeles on 515 Kelton Ave for the coming 2025-2026 school year. It's walking distance to UCLA campus and Westwood Village.

Rent: $1106 (for each person) + utility bills (gas included in rent)

Apartment Features:
-living room (couch and TV), kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave included), and balcony attached to living room
-laundry washer and dryer in building
-swimming pool, hot tub, study lounge

Room Features:
-furnished room (beds, desk, etc)
-spacious bathroom
