I have an unfurnished room near downtown, with a private bathroom for rent in my apartment available March 1. There is a brand new large balcony (see photos). There is a private bathroom in each bedroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher and disposal. In addition there is central heat and air conditioning.

I am looking for someone who works full time or goes to school full time. No couples or kids. No heavy drinking. 420 friendly. I have a 25 pound dog and open to other dogs if the meet and greet goes well. The complex does have some breed restrictions unfortunately.

$250 deposit. Total rent is a little over $1,500 a person. Rent will be prorated dependent on what day you move in.
