The living room just off the kitchen offers a fireplace and cozy seating with oversized sliding glass doors to the courtyard providing the perfect in-door, out-door living.

This home comes with 3 bedrooms offering comfortable king-size bedrooms. Each room comes with a TV, closet space and has a dresser. The guest bathroom offers double sinks and a shower over tub.

The master bedroom is spacious and bright. As you enter the room you will find double closets, a dresser and access to the private courtyard through sliding glass doors.

There is a washer and dryer in the hallway, garage parking for one car, and room for 3 more cars on the property.

You are located just a short walk to downtown carmel where you will be delighted with beautiful art galleries, one of a kind shopping and some of the best restaurants around! Carmel beach is not far away either and once your feet touch the white sand and your eyes are greeted with the blue water you know you will have a good time at this dog and family friendly beach. Easy access to the highway for adventures to Big Sur, Monterey, Pacifica Grove and more.
