Welcome to “Carmel Valley Retreat”! Home sleeps up to 11 guests.

Surrounded by native live oaks and a tall wooden fence for privacy, the home has a large back yard with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining set, gas grill and outdoor kitchen prep area.

The home is just a few minutes drive to hiking at Garland Regional Park, Carmel River Trail, dining, shopping and wine tasting in Carmel Valley Village. It’s also only 20 minutes to the world-class golf courses and restaurants of Pebble Beach®, to Monarch butterfly sightings in Pacific Grove, or to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with complimentary cheese and wine or sparkling cider, wine tasting passes and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay.

Guests enter the front door into a sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace with river rock surround. This flexible space can be turned into a sleeping area by pulling out the queen sleeper sofa. An adjacent bedroom has a full-size bed.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en suite bath.

A third guest bedroom contains two full beds and is located next to the hall bathroom with a standing shower.

An open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together with hardwood floors, a large wood-burning river rock fireplace and 42-inch HDTV.

The detached backyard game room includes a pool table that can be converted to a ping-pong table, as well as a bar area with icemaker, cold case, bar seating and vintage décor, a half bath/powder room, and a 60-inch HDTV. Three twin rollaway beds are available in the game room for additional sleeping options.

A washer and dryer are adjacent to the master bedroom. Parking for 4 vehicles is available in the driveway.
