When you enter you'll find a living room with vaulted white ceilings, white cottage walls, oak floors and a wood-burning fireplace. The dining room, which seats 6-8, opens to the newly remodeled kitchen, which is fully equipped with a professional Viking range and other first-class appliances. A queen sofa sleeper in the family room/TV room is optional sleeping for 1 or 2 children.

Also located on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a queen bed.

There is a private deck, with a grill and outdoor furniture and distant ocean views through the pines.

The media room has a 50-inch HDTV with full cable, a video/DVD library, high-speed wireless internet connection and numerous books.

The first floor also has an updated bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer.

Master bedroom on the upper level, has vaulted ceilings, tall windows, distant ocean views, a king bed, HDTV, and a wood-burning fireplace with gas kindler.

The newly remodeled master bathroom has a vintage cast-iron tub, separate shower with hand-crafted Subway tiles and frameless glass enclosure, two pedestal sinks and separate water closet. From the tub you can see distant oceans views out a large picture window.

A small bedroom has a daybed with trundle that sleeps 1-2 singles or can be made into a king-sized bed with foam topper. It can also be used as an office or artist's studio. There is a large walk-in closet. Please note that if sleeping in this room guests will have to walk through the master suite to access the upstairs bathroom or use the bathroom downstairs.
