Hi everyone! I'm subleasing a room in a townhouse June 13, 2024-Sept 13, 2024. The room will come furnished with a full bed, desk, & chair! You'll also be sharing a bathroom with one other person. I have two female housemates so we would prefer another female.

The house comes with a backyard, a shared kitchen and a furnished living room. We also have a in-unit washer and dryer!

The location is in Central Davis, near SaveMart and Safeway and has many bus stops to campus near by!!

The room itself would be $870, but feel free to message me for the price breakdown! June would be half off due to the move in date being later in the month.
