Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a duplex during Fall 2023 because I'll be studying abroad! The house was recently renovated and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a very spacious backyard and living room. It's located on J street, close to campus and downtown, and right across the street from the bus stop! 3/4 tenants are going abroad and we've found one other subletter, so there are 2 rooms open in total! The three tenants going abroad are myself and two other females, while the two that will be living there in the fall are males.
