Amazing location, right next to downtown Davis and plenty of bike paths along the Arb and downtown. Easy 30 min walk to campus and close to restaurants and shops. Rent is $400 cheaper, and includes all amenities included in the building (pool, gym access, common areas, study rooms, ect.).Pet friendly.
