Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to sign on to our lease for the remainder of it's contract through August 31st. Rent is $750 and you have your own room that is about 10ft x 10ft.

The house has laundry, a backyard, one bathroom to be shared between me and the new leaser (My roommate has his own bathroom in his room). We already live here, so pretty much all needed kitchen appliances/furniture is already here.

Both of us are gone for much of the day, as I work in Elk Grove and my roommate is a Grad student in the Plant Sciences department at UC Davis. We keep the place fairly clean and consistently have guests/social gatherings on the weekends, and occasionally during the week.
