I'm looking for two roommates to move into a unit with me by the end of the month. It's an apartment in SLO between Cal Poly and the downtown area. rent is $1000, and utilities are around $70-$80 per person, including rent.
Each room has its own bathroom and closet, as well as a small hallway closet and a living room closet.
Pets are allowed with paperwork.
