Female applicants only; all the other renters in the house are women. Furniture is not provided; the beds in the photos are both full size for reference. Shared kitchen/living room also shown in photos. Housemates are all LLU students/professionals.
The house is 7 minutes from LLUMC, and 5 minutes from the Loma Linda VA. Move-in date is flexible; you can move in a few days earlier if needed. Utilities are not included.
Monthly Rent: 550$/mo
Security Deposit: $600 (refunded when you move out, provided there's no damage)
