I'll be out of town late May through late August (dates are flexible) and am looking to sublet my room in Verano Place on UCI campus. I live with a cat and a very lovely flatmate. The room is on the small side, but very light without direct sunshine most of the day and very well ventilated. The room comes with a bed, desk, bookshelf and walk-in storage. The living room is furnished in a cozy, welcoming way. The kitchen is well equipped, tidy and clean. We are a laid-back community, but standard quiet hours, occasional cleaning, plus corona-related distancing measures should be no problem for you. If you're a good fit, we can negotiate anything from dates to price within reason. We can talk about furniture and space.
