We have a room for rent in our home near the CSUF campus.
We are looking for an individual who is clean, respectful, and is quiet.
You will be sharing the home with us (our family) and possibly another tenant if we decide to rent out another room, we
The bathroom would be shared between you and the (possible) other tenant.
The room is not the biggest - but will fit a twin size bed along with a small desk (comes furnished).

Our home is located quite close to the campus, and Google says it's 1.0 miles away, about a 3min drive or a 20 min walk.

The rent includes all utilities - water, electricity, and internet.
To protect both sides - we will run a background check prior to any lease agreements. Security deposit of $500 is also required.
