I am a single mother of an 11 year old son. We are on the 2nd floor, very quiet and clean. I am looking for a single mother or a single female who doesn't mind children who is working outside of home. You will have your own room, bathroom and refrigerator. Unfurnished.
No smoking/pets/drugs/overnight guests. Application fee is $45. Due to COVID, only serious inquiries apply. Half of utilities will be around $100 or less. monthly.
