Renting a room for one person in the Rose Garden - Property Id: 103397

I am looking to rent a room in my house. The renter will have access to the entire home as I do so this tennant should be able to clean up after themselves and around the house. I do have othe other professional people renting. My house is a beautiful old San Jose Spanish style property located near Santa Clara University and San Jose State. Near bus lines, freeways and the mall. There is a fireplace, Jacuzzi and patio. Nice hardwood floors and retro kitchen. Bathrooms are shared. The room I am renting is furnished with a bed, side table and dresser.
Renter is responsible for partial utilities and parking is on the street. No parking in the driveway permitted. I do have cats so no animals are allowed. Very friendly atmosphere with great neighbors.
No smoking or any types of drugs are allowed. Credit checks and referrals needed. A student or commuter is perfect.
