About Fully Furnished Student/Intern Housing - Shared Room - Male Unit Only
Ideal location for students attending LA FILM SCHOOL or GNOMON and other schools, internship locations in the Hollywood area. (Male Unit Only)
The monthly rate for a shared room is $1,195 per month per person. (Male Unit Only)
This is a 12-month lease rate (We also offer short-term leases which are 10-15% higher than this rate depending on lease duration).
Included in monthly rent cost:
- Utilities (gas, water, electric, trash)
- Fully equipped kitchen (pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
- Unlimited Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) with complimentary Netflix
- Flatscreen TV console
Move-in charges:
1. $250 one-time placement fee
2. $500 security deposit (refundable)
Kapi Residences, Inc. holds a master lease with its property owners. A Tenant/Subtenant relationship is created between Kapi Residences and the renter.
